How long will the server be down?

For the past few days i have been trying to connect to the server but it was not there and advanced connection did not work either. Does anyone know why?

Shoda Region v2 server is back up.
I just returned from Chicago, so now I can resume the server (intermittently) until July 27th.
After that, I will be gone for about 3-4 weeks.
