Glaucous Town is a depressing town. There is a constant storm of ash, that you need the Go-Goggles V.02 to even get to the town. They say it is haunted by a legendary Ghost Poke'mon that consumes and lives off of sadness and suffering. It contains the Glaucous Gym in the middle. The gym leader, CreepyPasta, or Creepy for short, trains Ghost Pokemon. For defeating him, you receive the Spectre Badge, if you can.
